Committed to Common Sense Solutions for Illinois

Being born in Peoria, IL, and growing up in South Bend, IN, taught me invaluable life lessons about resilience and determination. As the oldest of three boys raised by a single mother, I learned the importance of hard work and perseverance from an early age. These experiences have shaped my character and drive, fueling my passion to bring positive change to Illinois by leveraging both my professional expertise and personal journey.

With a solid educational foundation, I earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Holy Cross College at Notre Dame and pursued additional coursework at Northwestern and DePaul. My professional career spans over 20 years in Cyber Resilience, where I currently serve as an Advisory Systems Engineer for Cyber Recovery and Compliance at Dell Technologies. Prior to this, I specialized in Resiliency Orchestration and Cyber Resilience at IBM, advising clients globally and presenting at major industry conferences.

My professional mindset is rooted in practical, common-sense solutions rather than extreme political approaches. I believe that the challenges facing our state require sensible approaches that prioritize the well-being of our citizens. As a self-made, dedicated, and relentless individual, I am committed to addressing the foundational issues that plague our state, steering away from the tax-and-spend policies that have led to our current troubles.

Outside of my professional and political pursuits, I find enjoyment in spending time with my family. As a father of three, I cherish the time spent cooking, skiing, playing ice hockey, scuba diving, and golfing. These activities not only provide balance in my life but also keep me grounded and focused on what truly matters. My commitment to family and my work in Cyber Resilience reflect my dedication to solving problems and improving the lives of those around me.

I am for the people, committed to practical approaches and dedicated to making a real difference. Together, we can bring about the change that Illinois needs.
